  • Inventium Technologies – www.inventiumelearning.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours after placing the order and commencement of course. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the duration has crossed 72 hours from the time of commencement of course. 

  • Refund/Cancellation can be made if the customer believes that the quality of course delivered is not satisfactory. However, Inventium Technologies – www.inventiumelearning.com will accept cancellation requests for the courses registered by the customer and within 72 hours of commencement of course as mentioned in the above paragraph. 
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Inventium Technologies, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1. Enrollment Cancellation by Learner:

1.1. Refund Eligibility:  If you decide to cancel your enrollment in a course, you may be eligible for a refund based on the timeline and conditions mentioned below.

1.2. Cancellation Timeline:

  • Full Refund: If you request cancellation within 7 days of the course purchase date and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or before 4 days of online training.
  • Partial Refund: If you request cancellation after 4 days of the commencement date of the course and have accessed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course content or attended 4 days of classes and less then 6 classes, a partial refund may be provided, amounting to 50% of the course fee.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided if you have accessed 50% or more of the course content, or if your cancellation request is made more than 6 days after the course commencement date.

1.3. Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, you must submit a written request to support@inventiumelearning.com with your full name, course name, and purchase details. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Course Discontinuation by Inventium Technologies – www.inventiumelearning.com :

2.1. Course Changes: Inventium Technologies / www.inventiumelearning.com reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, including its content, instructors, and availability.

2.2. Refund Eligibility: In the event that Inventium Technologies – www.inventiumelearning.com discontinues a course for which you have enrolled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

3. Technical Issues:

3.1. Technical Support: Inventium Technologies – www.inventiumelearning.com  will provide technical support to resolve any issues related to course access or usability. Please contact support@inventiumelearning.com for assistance.

3.2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be provided due to technical issues, except in cases where the technical issue prevents access to the course content for an extended period (more than 30 days) and cannot be resolved by our technical support team.

4. How to Request a Refund:

4.1. To request a refund, please send an email to support@inventiumelearning.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name].” Include your full name, course name, purchase date, and reasons for the refund request in the email.

5. Refund Processing:

5.1. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request. The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

5.2. Payment Reversal: If a refund is issued, any access to the course content will be revoked, and your progress and course history will be removed.
